Join IAOP, and hundreds of industry professionals, as we meet again on February 17-19, 2020, at the Renaissance Orlando in Orlando, Florida to talk all things transformation in the world of collaborative partnerships (like outsourcing, shared services, GBS).

Tech has taken over the way business is done. Robotics are more sophisticated. A.I. and machine learning are driving automation with never-before-seen accuracy. The workforce and the workplace is evolving. Everything from product development to talent and everything in between is affected. Adaptability and agility are critical in order for businesses to remain competitive in the shifting technological culture. It’s simply not logical to bring all these new specialties in-house. This is where IAOP, the Summit and collaborative partnerships come in.

Time flies quickly and technology transforms things even quicker. To put this into perspective, customer expectations - which is at the heart of every business, has evolved from a segmentation approach to something completely personalized. To achieve this differentiator, businesses must build robust eco-systems with elements like co-creation with entrepreneurs, cognitive organizations, business models, trust & value creation, and accelerated adoption at a paradigm pace.

As we enter the third decade of this millennium, the 28th edition of the NASSCOM Technology and Leadership Forum (NTLF), with the theme Tech in 20s: Coming of Age will focus on how the next decade is likely to play out in helping businesses accelerate innovation and deliver value, thereby creating a winning enterprise.
